Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations Engineer for the coordination, support, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities.

 

You will:

Be the first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers.

Be responsible for opening trouble tickets, initiation of the critical issue of incidents, and receiving orders requests from the customer in various types of applications.

Be in charge of alarm monitoring in Telecom networks.

Offer support to the field engineers during their actions (by phone and e-mail)

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

A powerful desire to learn about telecommunication networks;

Proficiency in French and English;

Availability to work in shifts (day and night);

Perseverance, initiative, self-confidence, and practical spirit.
